Staying at Concorde was a mixed experience. The rooms, especially those with balconies on the west side with views of the Concorde, were spacious and well-equipped with a nice bathroom, although the sink drainage was slow. The cleaning staff could be intrusive early in the morning. The service was generally outstanding and professional, with friendly staff, except for a disappointing encounter on the last day. The location was perfect, although some areas were in need of updating. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with a busy buffet but excellent options at the patisserie and pool area. The facilities were modern but somewhat limited.
